The Zoom Scheduler Add-in is designed to make scheduling a Zoom meeting within Microsoft Outlook simple. This add-in allows you to easily add a Zoom meeting to any new or existing calendar event. Simply configure your settings and the meeting URL and information is added to the body of the calendar event. Mar 19, 2020  There is a way to zoom in and out of a mail with a slide of the touch pad. In the mail editing window press and hold the 'control' button and scroll (two fingers) up to zoom in and down to zoom out. It does not change the actual font size. It is actually just zooming. Works like a charm in version 15.22 of Outlook 2016 for Mac.

I found a work around to the zoom for incoming messages. File -> Options -> Trust Center ->Trust Center Settings -> Email Security -> 'read all standard mail in plain text' -> OK

Then Mail -> Stationary and Fonts -> click the last 'font' (under 'composing and reading plain text messages') Select the font size and style that you want.'

Also, another method is mentioned by the technet user in the link below -

BigMeanCat : -' This thread is a little old, but I did figure out how to set the default zoom level in a new message.

    1.) Create a new message.

2.) Click in the body of the message.

    3.) Go to Format Text>>Zoom

4.) Select the level you want.

    • Susendeep, Thanks for your suggestions. The ZoomIn tool fixes the problem for me. The problem with changing the font to plain text is that I lose all formatting in the email.

While I was on ZoomIn's website, I found a blog which has more details about zoom in Outlook - http://blog.sagelamp.com/2012/07/microsoft-outlook-zoom-overview.html.

      Thanks
      Larry

      • I downloaded Zoomin from Sagelamp. Product is really good and I can save my zoom setting now. Thanks for the above suggestions.
